Le poste
As a Mid-Level Data Scientist, you will design and implement AI/ML solutions across the enterprise to support product strategy and global growth.
You will maintain clear lines of communication, providing regular updates on project progress, insights, and potential KPI impact.
You will translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical partners to drive informed decision-making.
You will engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives and articulate the value of data science initiatives.
Required: 2-4 years of experience, strong foundations in statistics and ML, proficiency in Python and SQL, and fundamentals of deep learning (CNNs, RNNs, transformers).
Preferred: GenAI exposure and end-to-end DL lifecycle knowledge; hybrid work in Vilnius with US East Coast hours (10:00–19:00 EET/EEST).
