Le poste
An IT support specialist provides first, second, and third line technical support across diverse client environments, diagnosing and resolving issues related to Windows, Microsoft 365, and cloud technologies. They configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and security features like Microsoft Defender, assisting with security enhancements and device deployment. The role involves managing technical documentation and supporting system upgrades, with flexibility for remote working after initial onboarding. Candidates should have at least two years' experience in IT support within an MSP or multi-client setting, with strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and networking.
