Le poste
Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance, and policy matters in a fast-paced logistics setting.
Manage the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to disciplinary and exit processes.
Coach and empower line managers to build high-performing teams aligned with company values.
Monitor and report on HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, and absence to inform decisions.
Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and contribute to the Site People Plan.
Requires CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it), solid UK employment law knowledge, and a collaborative, flexible mindset.
