A legal counsel position is available in Shirley for a qualified solicitor with 4-6 years PQE, primarily supporting regional offices in various legal matters including real estate, commercial contracts, construction and litigation. The role involves advising on legal risks, supporting land acquisition deals, managing litigation, overseeing external legal relationships and ensuring corporate governance compliance. The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills, strategic thinking, stakeholder management ability and work independently in a fast-paced environment. They will lead projects, champion legal tech adoption and develop policies to enhance business processes. The position offers an opportunity to influence strategic decisions and support sustainable community development across the regions served.
