Lead development and deployment of ML-based search and discovery relevance models at scale.
Design automated ML and NLP pipelines for data preprocessing, query understanding, rewriting, ranking, and retrieval.
Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to drive technology-first initiatives shaping search roadmaps.
Build a robust offline and online evaluation framework to measure and optimize search ranking improvements.
Apply LLMs to enhance query understanding and explore NLP, text mining, and personalization for discovery.
Mentor engineers and contribute to scalable architectures and best practices for production-grade search systems.
