Le poste
Lead the planning and execution of influencer marketing programs across North America, building and managing partnerships with diverse creators in fashion, beauty, fitness, travel, and lifestyle.
Proactively pitch and manage both self-service and managed influencer campaigns, handling inbound requests and client meetings to drive adoption and growth.
Collaborate with brands, influencers, and internal teams to develop data-driven strategies, deliver performance insights, and meet KPIs.
Onboard new influencers, maintain ongoing relationships, and act as the primary liaison with influencer platforms to maximize outcomes.
Provide strategic recommendations based on platform trends, deliver compelling case studies, and identify new opportunities to scale influencer initiatives.
Requires strong communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills, plus experience managing campaigns and leveraging analytics tools.
