Le poste
A property paralegal or trainee legal executive with at least 12 months' experience is sought to assist senior property lawyers in Liverpool. The role involves handling residential and commercial conveyancing files from onboarding to post-completion, managing diaries, and updating clients on case progress professionally. The successful candidate will communicate effectively with estate agents, lenders, and clients, using case management systems and conveyancing portals to ensure efficient progression of matters. Prior experience with Laserforms, the Land Registry, SDLT Portals, and case management systems is essential, while familiarity with InfoTrack and CQS accreditation is desirable. Ideal qualities include organisation, flexibility, and confidence in client communication, with the ability to work well under pressure in a professional environment.
