As a Staff Data Scientist focused on Experimentation and Innovation, you will lead advanced research and methodologies in experimentation and causal inference.
Shape measurement frameworks, design randomized and quasi-experiments, and drive fast, reliable experimentation at scale.
Improve experimentation infrastructure and tooling, leveraging Python, SQL, and ML techniques to boost speed and quality.
Mentor less-senior data scientists and provide technical direction to ensure rigor and impact.
Collaborate with product managers and business leaders to surface high-impact opportunities and translate insights into strategy.
Stay at the frontier of the field, promoting reproducibility, ethics, and a culture of curiosity across teams.
