Le poste
Manage daily client service needs for a designated book of commercial lines, under supervision from a Producer or Account Executive.
Lead renewal planning, gather exposure, and support submissions, proposals, and the placement process.
Assist with loss runs, policy documentation, certificates, invoices, and audits, ensuring accurate data in the system of record.
Serve as primary point of contact for client questions and changes; coordinate with vendors and carriers.
Process billing, aging accounts receivable issues, and ensure timely responses to internal and external inquiries.
Maintain adherence to procedures, support compliance and risk controls, and contribute to retention and growth objectives.
