A SQL Database Administrator is responsible for administering, maintaining, and securing Microsoft SQL Server environments. The position requires experience with SQL Server 2016/2019/2022, scripting, and automation, with a preference for Azure experience. It demands excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to database management.
