Le poste
Lead the evolution of analytics-driven products at scale, bridging data science and engineering to deliver AI-powered capabilities across the customer lifecycle.
Apply and evaluate AI/ML techniques to design and release market-ready models and analytics that drive business decisions.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales to identify high-impact data science problems and prioritize solutions in a customer-centric framework.
Break complex problems into small, releasable milestones, collecting data and feedback from product managers, clients, and stakeholders.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, while shaping processes and ensuring rigorous validation and documentation.
Requires hands-on expertise in Python, Spark, SQL, and R, with Hadoop/Databricks experience and 7–10 years in data science within product contexts.
