A multi-skilled plumber is responsible for maintaining and repairing homes and communal facilities to high standards, ensuring safety and comfort for residents. The role involves installing and repairing plumbing fixtures, basic carpentry, plastering, tiling, and guttering, alongside recording detailed repair information. Candidates should have plumbing NVQ 2/3 or equivalent, good communication skills, and experience with various tools and equipment.
