A Real Estate Associate or Senior Associate role in Bristol focusing on high‑quality commercial real estate work.
Manage your own caseload across landlord and tenant matters, leases, acquisitions, disposals, and investment work.
Support regeneration and development projects, including residential‑led schemes, with growing drafting and negotiation independence.
Deliver commercially focused, pragmatic advice while building strong client relationships and contributing to a risk‑aware culture.
Develop internal and external networks, participate in business development, and mentor junior colleagues where appropriate.
Hybrid working available with a competitive salary (£55,000–£85,000 DOE) and clear progression towards Senior Associate.
