Answer questions about the product across a wide range of topics while owning and updating knowledge base content, including troubleshooting guides and feature explainers.
Dogfood the support product daily, providing actionable feedback to influence roadmap, processes, and future capabilities.
Collaborate closely with product and engineering to triage issues, fix bugs, and diagnose customer problems.
Help develop scalable support processes and experiment with new features, including AI-powered workflows.
Interact with customers in San Francisco in-person, via chat and video, delivering a high-touch, customer-first experience.
Ideal for candidates with 1-8 years of experience and a technical inclination who enjoy tinkering with the product and driving impact.
