Lead the design and deployment of large-scale machine learning models and systems to improve ad targeting, relevance, ranking, and engagement.
Develop and implement automated mechanisms such as automated bidding and query expansion to boost advertising platform efficiency.
Create techniques to identify advertiser opportunities and maximize return on investment.
Architect and scale the machine learning platform for internet-scale operations.
Lead cross-functional projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with product and sales teams to deliver new ad features.
Build and evolve an advanced ad quality stack with potential expansion toward a full ad exchange, DSP, and SSP.
