The role involves resolving tier-3 support tickets, guiding customers through procedures, and implementing software solutions. Candidates should have at least two years' experience in customer support environments and working with mobile core network technologies, including protocols such as EPC, 5GC, and NGAP. Knowledge of Linux systems, TCP/IP, network troubleshooting, and software testing is essential, while software development lifecycle experience is advantageous.
