Lead the ideation, development, and productionization of cutting-edge ML and GenAI solutions to personalize experiences and unlock data value.
Apply AI methods across NLP, information retrieval, deep learning, and reinforcement learning to solve real business problems.
Owner of model lifecycle: selection, training, fine-tuning, explainability, evaluation, and scalable deployment.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into practical GenAI applications.
Mentor and grow junior scientists, establish robust experimentation, monitoring, and lifecycle practices.
Communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and stay at the forefront of AI research and industry advances.
