Own quality across web, mobile, and IoT device integrations with end-to-end test coverage.
Design, implement, and execute automated and manual test strategies (UI, API, end-to-end) using Playwright, Cypress, Appium, XCUITest, and Espresso.
Stand up and maintain a device lab, synthetic data, environments, and release readiness criteria integrated with CI/CD.
Validate OTA update workflows, device logs, commissioning flows, offline/LAN fallbacks, and triage with logs and traces.
Collaborate across engineering, design, and product to improve testability and verify WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility.
Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing; document high-signal defects with reproducible steps and traces.
