Le poste
Coordinate and administer workers' compensation cases, including claim initiation, insurer liaison, and meticulous recordkeeping.
Ensure timely processing of claims and provide clerical support to employees throughout the process.
Support HR compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety standards through audits and continuous improvement.
Process and file accident reports, gather documentation, and assist internal investigations as needed.
Organize accident prevention programs and safety trainings in collaboration with Safety or HR teams.
Prepare risk data, support RMIS policy reviews, and generate metrics to drive risk mitigation.
