Manager, Finance Consulting (Finance Strategy & Transformation)

Lead and/or manage Finance Strategy and Transformation initiatives, focusing on establishing shared services/GBS maturity and future-state operating models across R2R, O2C, P2P, and FP&A.
Diagnose current-state processes, technology, and people capabilities; develop a future-state vision and an integrated operating model.
Create business cases and transformation roadmaps; evaluate locations and sourcing models to optimize delivery and value.
Design and implement future processes and technology, lead transition activities and organizational design, and oversee end-to-end programme management.
Manage client relationships, lead work streams or small projects, and coach diverse teams to deliver high-quality outcomes with a digital, data-driven approach.
