Le poste
A&O Shearman is seeking a database administrator to support and optimise essential database applications and infrastructure across the firm's on-premises and cloud environments. The role involves managing MS-SQL servers, supporting Dynamics365, and collaborating with third-party providers and cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will develop automation, monitor database metrics, and improve system resilience and performance. They will contribute to project delivery, perform capacity planning, and support disaster recovery procedures. The role requires technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and within teams to ensure high-standard service delivery.
