Le poste
Seeking an experienced Corporate Partner with a substantial book of business to join a mid-sized NYC firm's general corporate practice.
Advise on and negotiate mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other complex transactions.
Structure and negotiate a wide range of corporate and commercial contracts, including shareholder and partnership agreements, licensing, and service agreements.
Counsel on corporate formation, governance, strategy, privacy, and compliance with applicable laws.
Provide strategic guidance to boards and executive teams on fiduciary duties, governance, privacy matters, and digital assets initiatives.
Hybrid work environment in Midtown NYC with a base salary of $250K-$275K plus bonus; sustained book of business and ability to generate new business are essential.
