Le poste
Drive growth and profitability for assigned commercial accounts by selling automotive products and services to repair shops and other commercial customers.
Collaborate with district leaders and store leadership to execute agreed goals and implement new Commercial Sales programs.
Visit accounts, make targeted sales calls, and tailor approaches to meet customer needs while maintaining a detailed activity database.
Communicate with store teams to ensure product availability, accuracy, and on-time delivery; provide feedback on competitive landscape.
Support development and retention of Commercial Parts Pros to promote internal growth.
Act as a team player and perform additional duties as needed, including stocking, POS tasks, loading/unloading, and other duties.
