Deliver the group training program (PE@PF) in a welcoming, Judgement Free Zone-inspired setting.
Lead safe, effective workouts with varied routines, ensuring proper equipment usage and active class participation.
Meet with members to discuss fitness goals, provide clear guidance, and monitor progress toward targets.
Design bi-weekly workout plans with diverse exercises to drive engagement and progression.
Support front desk operations, assist with tours and sign-ups, and address member concerns professionally.
Maintain professional standards with CPR certification and a recognized fitness credential, demonstrating reliability, empathy, and strong customer service.
