Le poste
The Industrial Sales Engineer role focuses on strategic growth across multiple accounts and new business opportunities in target markets.
You will manage 150+ existing accounts while identifying profitable new opportunities and building lasting relationships.
You will be the primary contact for customers in the UK (60%), France (15%), Scandinavia (15%), and Ireland (10%), with substantial international travel.
Develop and execute a personal business plan, map territories, and manage your diary to achieve 5-10% annual sales growth.
Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Services and Technical Teams to deliver seamless support on new and existing products, and represent the company at trade fairs and industry events.
Candidates should have UK industrial sales experience in relevant sectors, be comfortable with long sales cycles, and travel 70-75% internationally with a consultative, technical approach.
