Le poste
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of all event-based marketing initiatives, including three major industry trade shows annually and bespoke events.
Boots on the ground, on-site execution as the primary point of contact to manage real-time logistics, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate staff and vendors.
Act as project manager for each event, owning timelines, budgets, deliverables, and cross-functional travel logistics.
Directly manage external tradespeople—exhibit builders, carpenters, A/V teams, lighting designers—to ensure flawless booth construction and activation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, business development, facilities, and leadership to align event strategies and requirements; maintain production schedules and layouts.
Own vendor selection, safety and regulatory compliance, brand alignment, documentation, debriefs, and post-event performance reporting.
