Le poste
Lead labor management initiatives and standardize operating procedures across multiple facilities using Lean and related process improvement methods.
Design, implement, and sustain process improvements to increase customer value, reduce cost per case, and expand facility capacity.
Develop, implement, and analyze labor standards and LMS with dashboards to enable data-driven decisions.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Safety, Quality, Loss Prevention, Engineering, IT, and Finance) to drive strategic supply chain initiatives.
Support large-scale projects such as DC expansions, startups, and network optimization; create reports and dashboards to monitor performance.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to improve safety, efficiency, and effectiveness; travel up to 75% and relocate within the U.S.
