Le poste
Lead civil and structural engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives.
Perform advanced structural analysis and design for concrete, steel, timber, foundations, retaining walls, paving, drainage, and site development.
Manage project teams by assigning tasks, setting milestones, resolving technical challenges, and monitoring overall performance.
Prepare, review, and approve engineering calculations, design criteria, construction documents, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
Coordinate design efforts with internal engineers, drafting technicians, and external disciplines; conduct design reviews and field investigations.
Support project pricing with quantity takeoffs; collaborate with stakeholders and travel up to 20% as required; requires Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Texas PE, and 6–10 years of experience.
