Le poste
Lead outside sales to secure guarding services and integrated security solutions in a defined Milwaukee-area territory. Develop and nurture long-term B2B relationships through proactive outreach and networking. Manage a long-cycle sales process from prospecting to proposal, pricing, and closing. Travel regionally to client sites and balance time between in-office and field visits. Utilize provided and self-generated resources to maximize a high-uncapped commission structure and achieve annual OTE targets. Engage in professional development, meet performance metrics, and contribute to a collaborative, transparent team environment.
