Le poste
Lead and own a global compliance program across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring consistent policies, procedures, and control standards.
Design, implement, and maintain a unified compliance framework covering consumer protection, AML/KYC, data privacy, and licensing.
Establish independent monitoring and testing programs, track issues, and deliver actionable remediation and reporting.
Partner with Legal, Operations, Product, Risk, and regulators to embed compliance into product development and market expansion.
Oversee regulatory examinations, audits, third-party diligence, and regulator communications with strong governance and metrics.
Scale the function over time by defining resourcing, leveraging external advisors, and developing internal talent.
