Le poste
Build and own end-to-end scalable AI services that can be integrated with multiple applications, support thousands of tenants, and run in production.
Integrate generative AI, implementing citations and guardrails for LLMs to ensure safe, reliable outcomes.
Lead the end-to-end AI product development lifecycle, designing reusable workflows and ML pipelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with AI Platform Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, and researchers to translate customer requirements into production-ready capabilities.
Drive automation and operational excellence, including capacity planning, configuration management, performance tuning, monitoring, and root-cause analysis; participate in on-call rotations.
Bring 3+ years of ML engineering experience, strong Python, distributed systems knowledge, and hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt design, and deployment at scale.
