A well-regarded law firm in Norwich is seeking a Senior Associate Corporate Lawyer to join their team. The role involves advising on a wide range of corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions, disposals, shareholder agreements, restructures, joint ventures, and corporate governance, with a focus on complex transactions. The successful candidate will manage cases, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to client development activities.
