Le poste
Build and manage relationships with USMC units to accelerate drone adoption on the modern battlefield.
Own the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract execution, coordinating field demonstrations and navigating DoD procurement processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and finance to deliver capability at speed.
Requirements: 5+ years in defense BD, program management, or military operations; active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain; direct USMC experience; strong technical fluency with unmanned systems.
Willingness to travel to military bases and field locations; exceptional communication with both military and civilian stakeholders.
Nice to have: prior USMC service; track record closing DoD contracts; DoD procurement vehicles; SOCOM or Marine SO; acquisition relationships; FAA Part 107; field demonstrations or training events; spectrum management experience.
