Le poste
Lead moderately complex initiatives within technical domains and contribute to large-scale strategy planning.
Design, code, test, debug, and document projects, including upgrades and deployments of technology domains.
Review moderately complex technical challenges, evaluate technologies, and resolve issues while aligning with client or stakeholder needs.
Collaborate with product, platform, and architecture teams to embed GenAI into tooling, pipelines, and workflows.
Translate AI capabilities into measurable SDLC outcomes; serve as both technical leader and hands-on engineer.
Mentor less experienced staff, act as an escalation point, and guide cross-functional teams through delivery challenges.
