Lead end-to-end merchandising analytics to drive assortment growth, whitespace identification, and SKU lifecycle performance across categories.
Translate complex analyses into executive-ready narratives and actionable recommendations for senior decision-makers.
Build and maintain vendor health models and dashboards to evaluate supplier performance and inform annual negotiation strategies.
Partner with Category Managers, Finance, and cross-functional teams to develop an analytical roadmap and scalable data products (e.g., gap tools, growth trackers).
Leverage Generative AI to create intelligent selection agents that automate insights and enhance merchandising decisions.
Mentor analysts and data engineers, operating in ambiguity to deliver measurable outcomes and data-driven storytelling across stakeholders.
