Le poste
Lead two core areas for GenAI-enabled customer support: a large-scale Automation Platform and provisioning automation for human and AI agents.
Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and data science to build robust backends and improve AI prompt effectiveness.
Define the technical vision for workflow and backend optimization, and own the full development lifecycle from design to deployment.
Enhance system availability, performance, and scalability while driving efficiency gains and quality improvements.
Bring 9+ years of backend experience, with expertise in prompt engineering, RAG patterns, memory routing, agent planning, and LLM/API integrations.
Work remotely in the US, engage across teams, and contribute to an inclusive, agile environment focused on delivering exceptional support experiences.
