Serve as the primary contact for allocated key accounts to foster lasting relationships and satisfaction.
Manage a portfolio of accounts to drive revenue growth by tracking leads and engaging clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery of valuable support and timely solutions.
Monitor sales targets and productivity, consistently pursuing opportunities to expand business.
Conduct outbound outreach to expand the client base and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Educate customers on product offerings, pricing, and services while building trusted partnerships and resolving issues quickly.
