Le poste
Lead end-to-end oversight of contracted construction work, including scoping, cost estimation, and on-site QA inspections for rehabilitation and maintenance of public buildings and facilities.
Coordinate with procurement and development teams to ensure ethical, cost-effective vendor selection and timely project delivery.
Administer contracts: review requisitions, approve subcontractors, authorize work, monitor payments, and address vendor performance issues.
Maintain rigorous documentation practices, ensure before/after photos are captured, and preserve contract document folders.
Provide technical support on scoping, estimating, and vendor negotiation; capture lessons learned and drive process improvements.
Perform required physical activities at inspection sites while complying with safety standards and relevant regulations.
