A QA Automation Engineer is needed to design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for web, API, and distributed systems. The role involves partnering with development teams to extend test coverage, incorporate automation into CI/CD pipelines, and enhance software quality. Candidates should have hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright, and be familiar with testing REST APIs and data validation using SQL. Experience working within Agile or Scrum environments and strong debugging skills are essential. The role requires excellent communication and documentation abilities along with a tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
