Own the product roadmap and drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, CRM, Marketing, Data, and Product teams to deliver scalable CRM and product capabilities.
Define data-driven reactivation experiences, enabling personalized content, offers, and experiences across web, app, and omni-channel notifications.
Build and scale CRM features that support winback use cases across marketing and product teams.
Translate complex problems into clear statements and execution plans, driving measurable business outcomes and stakeholder alignment.
Champion experimentation and AI-powered decisioning to maximize value and convenience for diners.
