Le poste
The Lead DBA oversees the architecture, operations and strategic planning of database platforms, ensuring security, scalability and performance standards are met. They work closely with engineering teams to develop efficient, reliable database solutions and mentor team members. Responsibilities include designing fault-tolerant infrastructure, implementing disaster recovery, optimizing queries, and maintaining data integrity across workloads.
