The Junior IT Support Specialist provides technical support across desktop, server, and network systems, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 standards. They handle support tickets via helpdesk, email, and in person, working closely with colleagues to resolve issues promptly. The role involves configuring and troubleshooting hardware and software, maintaining backup and patch management, and updating system documentation. Candidates should possess a good knowledge of networks, Microsoft Windows Active Directory, and IT qualifications, with an ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly.
