Le poste
Administer and secure the Databricks platform (clusters and workspaces) across the organization.
Lead MLOps initiatives, including model monitoring, feature store/catalog, and model lineage, with CI/CD controls from development to production.
Integrate diverse data sources into Databricks, ensuring data flow, quality, and observability while optimizing workloads and costs.
Implement security controls such as access management and encryption in line with corporate security standards.
Maintain production services with high availability and performance, monitoring latency and system health in a 24x7 global environment.
Proficient in Python/SQL (and Java/C++), with hands-on experience in MLFlow and CI/CD tooling (Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, Chef).
