The Logistics Coordinator in Richmond Hill supports daily logistics operations by coordinating container pickups, deliveries, and returns with ports and rail yards. They dispatch drivers and monitor shipment movements in real time, ensuring timely deliveries and minimal delays. The role involves managing Amazon FBA shipments through Carrier Central, scheduling appointments, and verifying compliance. Maintaining communication with customers, drivers, and warehouse partners is essential, along with handling shipment documentation such as BOL and customs release. The position requires proficiency in Excel and Outlook, and fluency in English; Mandarin is an asset. A background in logistics, freight forwarding, or trucking, with 1-2 years of experience, is preferred.
