Radius Housing seeks qualified electricians in Belfast for various maintenance and testing roles within social housing properties. The position involves conducting electrical repairs, testing, installations, and maintenance work, ensuring compliance with wiring regulations and safety standards. Candidates should have NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent, along with current 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations and City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 qualifications.
