Inhouse Legal Counsel – Slough

An experienced employment legal counsel is sought to provide legal advice on contentious and non-contentious employment matters within a multi-site UK organisation. The role involves managing employment tribunal claims, advising on TUPE transfers, restructuring, redundancy, and collective consultation processes. The successful candidate will develop legal strategies, draft documentation, and support HR teams and operational leaders in compliance and best practices. They will also oversee external legal relationships, monitor legislative changes, and deliver employment law training. A UK-qualified solicitor with over three years PQE is required, with strong experience in tribunal management, TUPE, and organisational change. Previous in-house legal experience and unionised environment knowledge are desirable.
