A Speciality Doctor provides high-quality medical care in a trauma-informed mental health unit, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised treatment plans. The role involves conducting comprehensive assessments and continuous reviews of patients' medical and psychiatric needs, ensuring safe and effective care. Candidates should possess an MBBS or equivalent degree, GMC registration, and completed specialty training in psychiatry or related fields. Experience with personality disorders and comorbid conditions is preferred, alongside excellent communication skills and a commitment to professional development.
