An IT Infrastructure Support Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining the performance, security, and reliability of IT infrastructure across multiple sites. The role involves configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting servers, networks, storage, and virtual environments, as well as supporting infrastructure upgrades and projects. The candidate will provide second and third line support for escalated technical issues and collaborate with third-party vendors.
