Le poste
Own end-to-end influencer and affiliate programs across core cannabis brands, dispensaries, and beverage lines.
Identify, vet, and recruit creators aligned to each brand's voice and goals.
Manage outreach, contracting, briefing, content review, publishing, and performance reporting.
Build and oversee an affiliate program infrastructure, including links, promo codes, commissions, and payouts.
Collaborate with social, brand, and creative teams to ensure compliant, on-brand content across all campaigns.
Lead KPI tracking (reach, engagement, conversions, EMV, ROI), competitive audits, and budget optimization.
