Le poste
The Digital Marketing Data Analyst owns end-to-end ad operations data execution (QR codes, vanity URLs, media matrix link approvals, cross-channel taxonomy, and tag requests) with implementation, validation, and troubleshooting in a Hybrid work model across multiple US sites (San Antonio, Plano, Phoenix, Charlotte, Colorado Springs, Tampa).
Analyze complex business problems using multiple data sources to surface actionable insights and strategic recommendations for decision-makers, identifying trends and patterns that inform business actions.
Lead and document complex requirements, partnering with customers and IT to design analytics infrastructure, data pipelines, governing standards, and BI solutions.
Develop and deploy dashboards, reports, and data visualizations, with a focus on usability, storytelling, and end-user experience to maximize business value.
Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams, serve as a trusted data visualization advisor, and support Agile practices while mentoring teammates as needed.
Qualifications include 6+ years of data analytics experience (or equivalent), strong SQL and BI tool proficiency (Tableau/Power BI, Snowflake), experience with Adobe Analytics, digital data attributes, data lineage, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
